No. 6/38/2020-DGTR- Having regard to the Customs Tariff Act, 1975, as amended from time to time and the Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment and Collection of Anti-Dumping Duty on Dumped Articles and for Determination of Injury) Rules, 1995, as amended from time to time, thereof, the Designated Authority has issued the final findings in the above-mentioned investigation vide Notification No. 6/38/2020-DGTR dated 28" September, 2021. 2.
