No.:S/5-Gen 35/2015 CFS M.Cell DIN: 20220578000000000F73 Date:-06.05.2022 Public Notice No.25/2022 The area admeasuring 1,39,3519.00 sQM of Container Freight Station located at Sector 6, Dronagiri node, Taluka Uran, Dist. Raigad, Maharashtra- 400707 was declared as Customs Area under section 8 of the Customs Act, 1962 vide Notification No. 02/1998 dated 01.12.1998 and M/s Gateway Distripark Limited (CIN: L74899MH1994PLC164024) was appointed as "Custodian" of the Container Freight Station , under section 45 of the Customs Act, 1962 as amended from time to time and vide latest Public Notice No. 86/2020 dated 23.07.2020 for five (5) years from 15.03.2020. 2. M/s Gateway Distripark Limited has merged with M/s Gateway Rail Freight Limited (CIN: U60231MH2005PLC344764) by filing with Registrar of Companies, Mumbai with effect from 28.12.2021 and subsequently the name of Gateway Rail Freight Limited has changed to M/s Gateway Distriparks Limited (CIN: U60231 MH20o5PLC344764)) with effect from 11.02.2022 by receiving fresh certificate of incorporation from Registrar of Companies, Mumbai. 5. Now, in exercise of the powers conferred on me under Section 45(1) and 141 (2) of the Customs Act, 1962, I, Istikhar Baig, Commissioner of Customs, General, Mumbai Zone- I1, Nhava Sheva hereby appoint M/s Gateway Distriparks Limited(CIN: U60231MH2005PLC344764) to be the 'Custodian'of the Imported goods received at the Container Freight Station of M/s Gateway Distriparks Limited until these are cleared for home consumption or are warehoused or are transhipped in accordance with the provisiorns of Chapter VII of the Customs Act, 1962 for the entire Customs Area of 1,39,359.00 SQM. Similarly, M/s Gateway Distriparks Limited will also be the Custodian' of the Export cargo brought into said Container Freight Station for examination and stuffing till their exportation through Jawaharlal Nehru Port. 6. Further, in exercise of the powers conferred on me under Regulation 10 of the "Handling of Cargo in Customs Areas Regulations, 2009", 1, Istikhar Baig, Commnissioner of Customs, General, JNCH hereby approve M/s Gateway Distriparks Limited as a "Customs Cargo Services Provider" for the above mentioned Container Freight Station subject to the following conditions;

) The Custodian M/s Gateway Limited approved as "Customs Cargo Services Provider for the said CFS shall abide by all the provisions of the Customs Act, 1962 and the rules under the "Handling of Cargo in Customs Areas Regulations, 2019" and other regulations, notifications, orders issued there under. i) The duration of appointment of M/s Gateway Distriparks Limited as Custodian' and as the 'Customs Cargo Service Provider' shall remain valid for a period of fve 1051 year from 15.03.2020. The waiver from execution of Bank Guarantee has been given in teims of (ii) regulation 5(3) of HCCAR, 2009 as the CFS has been accredited with AEO- LO status with validity till 26.04.2023. 1f the validity of AEO status granted to the CFS is withdrawn prior to the 26.04.2023 or is not extended beyond 26.04.2023, the CFS shall execute bank guarantee for the amount, as determined, we.f. date of expiry of validity of ABO status. iv) The Commissioner of Customs (General), JNCH shall have the Right to review the approval as Customs Cargo Services Provider' before the completion of ten year for failure to comply with any of the Regulations of the "Handling of Cargo in Customs Areas Regulations, 2009 or as per the directions of the Government of India.
