Ashte Logistics Private Limited was appointed as Custodian vide Notification No. 02/2009 dated 13.01.2009 for the CFS at Ashte Village, Taluka Panvel, Dist-Raigad-410206 (declared as Customs Area Vide Notification No. 01/2009 dated 13.01.2009). Further vide Notification No. 13/2014 dated 07.11.2014 for five (05) years and vide Notification No. 10/2019 dated 29.07.2019 & 11/2019 dated 29.07.2019 M/s. Ashte Logistics Private Limited in respect of its Notified area, has been appointed as Custodian and Customs Cargo Service Provider for up to 22.05.2023. 2. Now, in exercise of the powers conferred on me under Section 45(1) and 141 (2) of the Customs Act, 1962, I, Istikhar Baig, Commissioner of Customs, General, Mumbai Zone- II, Nhava Sheva hereby renew the appointment of M/s. Ashte Logistics Private Limited to be the Custodian' of the Imported goods received at the Container Freight Station of Ashte Logistics Private Limited until these are cleared for home consumption or are warehoused or are transhipped in accordance with the provisions of Chapter VIlI of the Customs Act, 1962 for the entire Customs Area of 68,469 SQM. Similarly, M/s. Ashte Logistics Private Limited will also be the Custodian' of the Export cargo brought into said Container Freight Station for examination and stuffing till their exportation through Jawaharlal Nehru Port. 3. Further, in exercise of the powers conferred on me under Regulation 10 of the "Handling of Cargo in Customs Areas Regulations, 2009", 1, Istikhar Baig, Commissioner of Customs, General, JNCH hereby renew the approval of M/s. Ashte Logistics Private Limited as a "Customs Cargo Services Provider" for the above-mentioned Container Freight Station subject to the following conditions; i) The Custodian M/s. Ashte Logistics Private Limited approved as "Customs Cargo Services Provider" for the said CFS shall abide by all the provisions of the Customs Act, 1962 and the rules under the "Handling of Cargo in Customs Areas Regulations, 2009" and other regulations, notifications, orders issued there under i) The duration of appointment of M/s. Ashte Logistics Private Limited as Custodian' and as the 'Customs Cargo Service Provider' shall remain valid for a period of ten (10) year from 20.11.2019 provided the validity of the AEO-LO status of the CFS extended. If the validity of AE0 status

granted to the CFS is withdrawn prior to the 22.05.2023 or is not extended Deyond 22.05.2023 the validity shall be valid for a period of flve (0517e from 20,11.2019 inatead of ten (10) year. (111) The waiver from execution of Bank Guarantee has been given in terms o regulation 5(3) of HCCAR, 2009 as the CFS has been accredited with AEO- LO status with validity till 22.05.2023. If the validity of AEO status granted to the CFS is withdrawn prior to the 22.05.2023 or is not extended beyond 22.05.2023, the CFs shall execute bank guarantee 1or h amount, as determined, w.e.f. date of expiry of validity of AEO status. The Commissioner of Customs (General), JNCH shall have the Right to review the approval as Customs Cargo Services Provider' before the (iv) completion of ten year for failure to comply with any of the Regulations ol the "Handling of Cargo in Customs Areas Regulations, 2009 or as per the directions of the Government of India.
