No.:S/5-Gen-19/2015 CFS M.Cell DIN: 20220778NUO00000ABOF Dato: -14.07.2022 Public Notico No.44/2022 ne area admeasuring 41990.89 SQM of Containcr Frcight Station located at Plot No. 70-81, Sector 1, Dronagiri Node, Taluka Uran, Distt. Raigad, Maharashtra was declared as Customs Arca under section 8 of the Customs Act, 1962 vide Notification No. 05/2004 dated 16.09.2004 and Notification No. 01/2007 dated 17.12.2007. Further M/s Seabird Marine Services Pvt. Ltd. was appointed as "Custodian" and "Customs Cargo Service Provider" vide Notification No. 05/2010 dated 15.03.2010 and vide Notification No. 06/2015 dated 27.02.2015 for the area for duration of 05 years which was further extended vide Public Notice No. 75/2020 dated 24.06.2020 for a period of 05 years from 15.03.2020. 5. Now, in exercise of the powers conferred on me under Section 45(1) and 141 (2) of the Customs Act, 1962, 1, Istikhar Baig, Commissioner of Customs, General, Mumbai Zone- II, Nhava Sheva hereby. appoint M/s Seabird Marine Services Pvt. Ltd to be the 'Custodian' of the Imported goods received at the Container Freight Station of M/s Seabird Marine Services Pvt. Ltd until these are cleared for home consumption or are warehoused or are transhipped in accordance with the provisions of Chapter VIIl of the Customs Act, 1962 for the entire Customs Area of 41990.89 SQM. Similarly, M/s Seabird Marine Services Pvt. Ltd will also be the 'Custodian' of the Export cargo brought into said Container Freight Station for examination and stuffng till their exportation through Jawaharlal Nehru Port. 6. Further, in exercise of the powers conferred on me under Regulation 10 of the "Handling of Cargo in Customs Areas Regulations, 2009", 1, Istikhar Baig, Commissioner of Customs, General, JNCH hereby approve M/s Seabird Marine Services Pvt. Ltd as a "Customs Cargo Services Provider" for the above mentioned Container Freight Station subject to the following conditions; i) The Custodian M/s Seabird Marine Services Pvt. Ltd approved as "Customs Cargo Services Provider" for the said CFS shall abide by all the provisions of the Customs Act, 1962 and the rules under the "Handling ot
