Cell DIN: 20220778NUOO000ODCC1 Date: 08.07.2022 Public Notice No. 47/2022 The Container Freight Station of M/s. Ameya Logistics Pvt. Limited located at Village -Dasakhoshi, Post- Koproli, Taluka- Uran, Dist. Raigad, Manarashtra was declared as a customs Area under Section 8 of the Customs Act, 1962 vide Notification No. 05/2007 dated 06.06.2007 and was appointed as Custodian' vide Notification No. 06/2007 dated 06.06.2007. Further vide Notification No. 04/2010 dated 19.01.2010, 15/2014 dated 30.12.2014 and Public Notice no. 90/2020 dated 24.07.2020 M/s. Ameya Logistics Pvt. Limited in respect of its Notified area, has been appointed as Custodian and Customs Cargo Service Provider for the period up to 19.01.2025. 2. Now, in exercise of the powers conferred on me under Section 45(1) and 141 (2) of the Customs Act, 1962, I, Istikhar Baig, Commissioner of Customs, General, Mumbai Zone- II, Nhava Sheva hereby renew the appointment of M/s. Ameya Logistics Pvt. Limited to be the Custodian' of the Imported goods received at the Container Freight Station of Ameya Logistics Pvt. Limited until these are cleared for home consumption or are warehoused or are transhipped in accordance with the provisions of Chapter VIlI of the Customs Act, 1962 for the entire Customs Notified Area. Similarly, M/s. Ameya Logistics Pvt. Limited will also be the Custodian' of the Export cargo brought into said Container Freight Station for examination and stuffing till their exportation through Jawaharlal Nehru Port. 3. Purther, in exercise of the powers conferred on me under Regulation 10 of the "Handling of Cargo in Customs Areas Regulations, 2009, I, Istikhar Baig Commissioner of Customs, General, JNCH hereby renew the approval of M/s. Ameya Logistics Pvt. Limited as a "Customs Cargo Services Provider for the above-mentioned Container Freight Station subject to the following conditions; ) The Custodian M/s. Ameya Logistics Pvt. Limited approved as "Customs Cargo Services Provider" for the said CFS shall abide by all the provisions of the Customs Act, 1962 and the rules under the "Handling of Cargo in Customs Areas Regulations, 2009" and other regulations, notificationns, orders issued there under. The duration of appointment of M/s. Ameya Logistics Pvt. Limited as (ii) Custodian'and as the 'Customs Cargo Service Provider' shall remain valla 1or a period of ten (10) year from 20.01.2020 provided the validity o

the AEO-LO status of the CFS extended. If the validity of AEO status granted to the CFS is withdrawn prior to the 16.06.2026 or is not extended beyond 16.06.2026 the validity shall be valid till the date of such withdrawal or expiry of AEO status instead of 10 Years. ii) The waiver from execution of Bank Guarantee has been given in terms of regulation 5(3) of HCCAR, 2009 as the CFS has been accredited with AEO LO status with validity till 16.06.2026. If the validity of AEO status granted to the CFS is withdrawn prior to the 16.06.2026 or is not extended beyond 16.06.2026, the CFS shall execute bank guarantee for the amount, as determined, w.e.f. date of expiry of validity of AEO status. (iv) The Commissioner of Customs (General), JNCH shall have the Right to review the approval as Customs Cargo Services Provider' before the completion of ten year for failure to comply with any of the Regulations of the "Handling of Cargo in Customs Areas Regulations, 2009 or as per the directions of the Government of India.
