Meter of Container Freight Station M/s Ameya Logistics Private Limited, located at village: Dhasakhoshi, Post: Koproli Tal: Uran. Distt: Raigad, Maharashtra 410 206 had been notified as Customs Area under section 8 of the Customs Act, 1962 vide CFS Notification No. 05/2007 dated 06.06.2007 and Custodianship had been granted under section 45 of the Customs Act, 1962 vide Notification number 06/2007 dated 06/06/2007 both having F.No. S/6-Misc-09/04 EP cell JNCH & S/5-Gen-39/07 P&E JNCH. 2. Further, an additional area admeasuring 16,900 Sq. Meter of Container Freight Station M/s Ameya Logistics Private Limited, located at village: Dhasakhoshi, Post: Koproli Tal: Uran. Distt: Raigad, Maharashtra 410 206 was notified vide Notification No. 02/2011 dated 08/04/2011 issued under section 8 of the Customs Act, 1962 and Custodianship had been granted vide Notification No. 03/2011 dated 08/04/2011 issued under section 45 of the Customs Act, 1962, both having F.No. S/5-Gen-39/07 P&E (CFS M. Cell). 3. Again, the area of the subject Container Freight Station was enhanced by 46,637 Sq. Meter vide Notification No. 12/2012 dated 30.10.2012 issued under section 8 of the Customs Act, 1962 and Custodianship had been granted vide Notification No. 13/2012 dated 30.10.2012 issued under section 45 of the Customs Act, 1962, both having F.No. s/5-Gen-39 /07 P&E (CFS M. Cell). The Custodian permission was extended for five years valid upto 19.01.2025 vide Notification No. 90/2020 dated 24.07.2020. 4. Further, vide Notification No. 47/2022 dated 08.07.2022, the Custodian permission was extended for ten years valid upto 19.01.2030. 5. Again, the area of the subject Container Freight Station is enhanced by 43,470 Sg. Meter vide Notification having Public Notice No. 22/2024 dated 29.02.2024 issued under section 8 of the Customs Act, 1962 having F.No. S/5-Gen-24/2023-24 CCSP Cell. Presently, the CFS has 1,80,173 Sq Mts. of Land notified under section 8 of Customs Act, 1962. 6. Now, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by Section 45 (1) and 141(2) of the Customs Act, 1962, 1, D. S. Garbyal, Commissioner of Customs (General), Jawaharlal Nehru Custom House, Mumbai Zone Il, Nhava Sheva hereby appoint Ms. Ameya Logistics Pvt, Ltd to be the Custodian of the Imported goods received at the Container Freight Station of M/s. Ameya Logistics Pvt. Ltd. admeasuring total area of 1,80,173 Sq. Meter, until these are cleared for home consumption or are warehoused or are transshipped in accordance with the provision of chapter VIll of the Customs Act 1962. Similarly, M/s. Ameya Logistics Pvt. Ltd. admeasuring total area of 1,80,173 Sq. Meter will also be the Custodian of the export cargo brought into said Container Freight Station for examination and stuffing till their exportation through Jawaharlal Nehru Port. Further, in exercise of the powers conferred

on me under Regulation 10(1) of Handling of Cargo in Customs Area Regulation, 2009. I hereby approve the Custodian M/s. Ameya Logistics Pvt. Ltd. as a Customs Cargo Service Provider for the said CFS M/s. Ameya Logistics Pvt. Ltd. subject to the following conditions: 1. The Custodian approved as a Customs Cargo Service Provider shall abide by all the provisions of the Customs Act, 1962 and the Rules, Handling of Cargo in Customs Area Regulation 2009, other Regulations, Notifications and orders issued there under. 2. The duration of appointment of M/s. Ameya Logistics Pvt. Ltd. as Custodian and duration of approval as Customs Cargo Service Provider shall remain valid upto 19.01.2030 as validated by Notification number 47 /2022 dated 08.07.2022. The Commissioner of Customs (General) shall have the right to review the approval as Customs Cargo Service Provider before the completion of said period for failure to comply with any of the Regulations of "Handling of Cargo in Customs Area Regulations, 2009.
