Subject: Fortnight Long AEO Drive - Creation of facilitation Helpdesk- reg.

Kind attention of all Importers, Exporters, Members of Trade and Industry Associations and Stakeholders is drawn to the CBEC Circular No. 33/2016 dated 22.07.2016 (as amended), and Circular No. 54/2020-Customs dated 15.12.2020 issued by Central Board of Indirect Taxation & Customs, New Delhi.
2. In addition to other functions, AEO Cell at Room No. 106, C wing, 1st Floor, JNCH, Nhava Sheva will act as “Facilitation Helpdesk” for any query related to filing of new applications for different tiers (T1, T2,T3 & LO) and problems , if any, being faced while processing of pending applications.
