Kind attention to the trade is invited to Customs Circular No. 33/2016 dated 22.07.2016 and Customs Circular No. 03/2018 dated 17.01.2018 wherein there is a Provision for appointment of a ‘Client Relationship Manager (CRM)’, with a view to facilitate the AEO accredited clients, so as to provide a single point of interaction.

The CRMs would act as a voice of the AEO within Customs in relation to legitimate concerns and issue of AEO accredited clients and would assist them resolving the procedural and operational issues by co-ordinating with different Sections and Departments within Customs as well as other stakeholders. The following officers are nominated as Client Relationship Managers (CRMs) for Mumbai, Zone-1 to attend to AEO clients in the purview of their respective portfolios:
