Amendments in the Book titled “Schedule of DEPB rates

(TO BE PUBLISHED IN THE GAZETTE OF INDIA EXTRAORDINARY  PART­I­SECTION­1)   GOVERNMENT OF INDIA MINISTRY OF COMMERCE & INDUSTRY DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE   PUBLIC NOTICE NO. 15 (RE: 2007)/2004­2009 NEW DELHI: DATED: 09/07/2007      In exercise of the powers conferred under Paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004­09 (updated as on 7th April, 2006) and Paragraph 1.1 of the Handbook of Procedures (Vol.1), the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments in the Book titled “Schedule of DEPB rates” (as amended from time to time):   PRODUCT GROUP: ENGINEERING               PRODUCT CODE: 61     The description of the export product against the entries at Sl. Nos. 387B and 387C of the DEPB Schedule is amended to read as under:   387B Cold Rolled Non­Grain Oriented (CRNGO) Silicon­Electrical Steel Sheets/Hoops and Strips/Wide Coils. 387C Cold Rolled Grain Oriented (CRGO) Silicon­Electrical Steel Sheets/Hoops and Strips/Wide Coils.     This issues in public interest.     Sd/­ (R. S. Gujral) DIRECTOR GENERAL OF FOREIGN TRADE
