(TO BE PUBLISHED IN THE GAZETTE OF INDIA EXTRAORDINARY PART­I­SECTION­1)   GOVERNMENT OF INDIA MINISTRY OF COMMERCE & INDUSTRY DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE   PUBLIC NOTICE   NO. 55 (RE: 2005)/2004­2009 NEW DELHI: DATED: 19/09/2005             In exercise of the powers conferred under Paragraph 2.4 of the   Foreign Trade Policy, 2004­09 and Paragraph 1.1 of Handbook of Procedures (Vol.1), the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments/ deletions/ corrections and additions in the Handbook of Procedures, Vol.2, 2004­2009, as amended.   PRODUCT GROUP:    CHEMICALS AND ALLIED PRODUCTS   1.       The SION entries appearing at Sl. Nos. A­22, A­33, A­34, A­49, A­50, A­51, A­53, A­55, A­57, A­58, A­60, A­61, A­63, A­64, A­ 68, A­69, A­78, A­82, A­83, A­108, A­109, A­111, A­112, A­114, A­115, A­116, A­146, A­151, A­152, A­182, A­185, A­186, A­ 241, A­245, A­246, A­301 and  A­320  stand deleted.   2.                 In the SION entry appearing at Sl. No. A­3016, the following amendments are made:­   “SION A­3016 Item No. 7   Formers relevant to the export product    ­          0.251 kg   Note : (i)      Item No. 7 i.e. Formers relevant to the export product is included in SION A­3016 w.e.f. 11.11.2004.   (ii)              The present item No. 7 i.e. packing material etc. is renumbered as item No. 8. (iii)            For the shipments made from the date of this Public Notice, the exporter will declare the quantity of each individual Former in the export documents.”
