Corrections in DEPB rates published vide Public Notice No-13/2004-2009 dated 6.10.2004

TO BE PUBLISHED IN THE GAZETTE OF INDIA EXTRAORDINARY (PART­I, SECTION­1) GOVERNMENT OF INDIA MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY  PUBLIC NOTICE NO ­  14  /(2004­2009) NEW DELHI:  DATED 07.10.2004    Attention is invited to Public Notice No.13/2004­2009 dated 6.10.2004 notifying revised DEPB rates for Engineering Items in the DEPB Schedule.    In exercise of powers conferred under Paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004­2009 and Paragraph 1.1 of the Handbook of procedures (Vol.I), the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes following corrections to the said Public Notice.   The value cap in col. 4 of annexure to Public Notice 13/(2004­2009) dated 06.10.2004 against entry at Sl. No. 337 and 352 may be corrected to read as Rs. 60/­per K.G. and Rs. 1000/­per K.G respectively    This issues in Public Interest.                      (K.T CHACKO) DIRECTOR GENERAL OF FOREIGN TRADE   (Issued from File No. File No. 01/80/162/00010/AM04/DES­I)
