Amendment/correction in the schedule of DEPB rates

( TO BE PUBLISHED IN THE GAZETTE OF INDIA EXTRAORDINARY PART­I­SECTION­I)     GOVERNMENT OF INDIA MINISTRY OF COMMERCE & INDSUTRY   PUBLIC NOTICE NO:  56    (RE­03 )/2002­2007 NEW DELHI: DATED: 10th  March, 2004   S.O. (E): In exercise of the powers conferred under paragraph 2.4 of the Export and Import Policy, 2002­2007 and paragraph 1.1 of Handbook of Procedures ( Vol.I), the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments in  Public Notice No 54  dated 28.02.2004.   (a)    (a)    The Serial numbers 347, 458, 459 and 560  of Product Group Engineering are added to the list.   (b)    (b)    The Serial number 345 in the list as indicated in Public Notice No 54 dated 28.02.2004 shall get substituted as follows:   “Serial Number 345 excluding rails and sleepers”   All other terms and conditions of Public Notice No 54 (RE­03)/ 2002­2007 dated 28.02.2004 shall remain unchanged.   This issues in the public interest.             ( L. MANSINGH ) DIRECTOR GENERAL OF FOREIGN TRADE
