Decision: The firm has requested to allow allied export product under export product at S.No. 2, that is, HDPE Telecom Duct. It is noted that none of the items of allied products given for incorporation, were not indicated in the application at the time of issuance of Advance Authorization. The said Advance Authorization was issued on 04.12.2007 long back. Hence, NC constraints for incorporation of allied product in the said Advance Authorization.
