Decision: The Committee considered the request of firm and it was decided to allow Import Item – PP Granules as per packing Policy. However, the Committee observed that General Note for Fuel given in HBP Vol. II specifically mention that Import of Fuel shall not be permitted under DFRC or under para 4.7 of HBP or against adhoc norms. Accordingly, the Committee decided to not to include import item – Fuel. Beside this there is no other change in the decision taken in earlier NC Meeting No. 24/AM10 held on 09.09.2009 (Case No. 3/4/87-ALC1/2009).
