Decision: M/s Bilcare Ltd., Pune obtained above-mentioned 21 Advance Authorizations from RLA, Pune as per SION H- 427. According to the technical comments of D/o C&PC furnished vide OM No. 46011/22/2011-PC.II dated 20.04.2011, the Committee decided to clarify that the exports of PVDC Coated PVC Film in various complexes like 200/40, 200/60, 200/90,

PRO version 200/120, 250/40, 250/60, 250/90, 250/120, 300/40, 300/60, 300/90, 300/120, 350/40, 350/60, 350/90, 350/120 etc. may be counted for discharge of export obligation in accordance with SION H-427 along with pro-rata calculation provided in the said SION. Subject approval is based on consumption of material (inputs) as per compositions and as per formula given in SION Sr. No. H427.
