The meeting No.05/AM-16 for the licensing year 2015-16 to consider the cases under Duty Exemption Schemes (Chapter-4) ) was held on 07.05.2015 in Conference Room No.1! of DGFT under the Chairmanship of Shri K.C. At the outset the Minutes of NC-V Meetings No.02/AM-16 dated 16.04.2015: 03/AMI6 dated 23.04.2015 and 04/AM-16 dated 30.04.2015 were taken up for ratification. As there was no amendment to the same, the above referred minutes were adopted for implementation by the Committee without any amendment.
