Decision: The Committee considered the case as per agenda alongwith other relevant papers and observed that case is under examination of DC (MSME). It was decided to defer the case for re-listing on 07.06.2011.

Case No.28 M/s Gaurav International, Gurgoan NC No.7/AM12 F.No.01/84/50/522/AM02/DES-V Dated 19.05.2011 Re-fixation of input output norms in respect of Advance Authorisation No.0510075294 dated 13.12.2002.
Decision: The Committee considered the case as per agenda alongwith other relevant papers and decided to call the applicant firm for personal hearing before NC alongwith sample & complete justification and technical person to explain the case in its meeting to be held on 16.06.2011. It was therefore decided to defer the case for re-listing on 16.06.2011.

Case No.29 Reference received from Jt. DGFT, Bangalore in case of M/s Aditya Birla Nuvo Ltd., Bangalore NC No.7/AM12 F.No.01/84/162/12/AM12/DES-V Dated 19.05.2011 Clarification regarding Para 4.1.8 of Import Policy. Decision: The Committee considered the case as per agenda alongwith other relevant papers and observed that the matter pertains to Policy Division. Hence, it was decided to withdraw this case from agenda and transfer all relevant papers to PC-4 Section for their necessary action.
