In view of this, Committee was constrained to reject.

The Committee after detailed deliberations in consultation with the representatives of technical authorities present in the meeting felt that as per CAD, requirement of fabrics @ 2.92 Sq mtrs./Pc is justified. Hence, it was decided to enhance the Qty. of input from earlier 2.20 Sq mtrs./Pc to 2.92 Sq mtrs./Pc in this case. The R.A. shall be advised to take necessary action subject to compliance of other usual conditions.

M/s Kumari Overseas Pvt. Ltd., Bangalore NC52/10 dt. 25.03.2010 F.NO.1/84/162/295/AM10 -DES-V Re-fixation of input output norms in respect of Advance Authorization No. 0710066070 dt. 21.07.2009. Decision: The Committee considered the case as per agenda & perused applicant firm’s letter dated 01.03.2010 and observed that there is some typographical error in making their request i.e specific request for amendment in the export item or import item. Applicant firm should mention their request in a specific & elaborative manner so that their earlier export and import item (separately) should be mentioned explicitly alongwith their specific request of amendment for the same. In view of this Committee decided to advise the applicant firm to make their request specific so that no further typographical error can occur. Therefore, firm may be advised to submit their request accordingly to reconsider this case.

The case stands deferred for re-listing on 22.04.2010.
