The committee observed that the case pertains to NCIV. Hence decided to transfer the case to NCIV.

Dewas through EEPC, Kolkata Meeting No.19/81 F.No.01/81/162/239/AM10/DESII Dated 11082009 Decision : The case regarding fixation of SION for Aluminum Chloride Anhydrous was considered by the Norms Committee II in its M.No. 19/81 scheduled to be held on 11.08.2009 but actually held on 01.09.2009. The committee observed that the items of exports are 68 Nos. of machined components/Parts (non standard products) manufactured by this particular firm having vide variation in wastages say from 18 % to 255 %. It may not be possible to fix SION for this type of products.
