It seems that this is a case of Deemed Exports and supply is against an EPCG licence. The Commi៝�ee, therefore, decided to also call for the following details of the EPCG licence: i. EPCG licence number and date. ii. CIF value of the licence. iii. Whether this licence was issued under Zero duty or 3 per cent Scheme. iv. Custom duty saved amount. v. Products to be manufactured. vi. How EPCG licence holder intends to discharge the EO against the EPCG licence. 2
