The Unit has stated that, LTIMindtree Limited - SEZ is their own SEZ where they have SEZ unit at 1st (Tower 1 Partial), 3™¢ (Tower 1 & 2), 4% (Tower 1 Partial), 9%, 10%, 11% & 12t Floor (Tower-1) & 5", 6 and 7" Floor, Tower 2 Mensa Campus, Survey No. 52 and 142/4, Plot No. EL-200 Part, LTIMINDTREE LIMITED - SEZ TTC Industrial Area, Mahape, Village Mahape, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra 400710.

They also have SEZ unit at 1st to 8% Floor, Bldg No. 1, Mindspace Business Parks Pvt Ltd - SEZ, Thane Belapur Road, Airoli, Navi Mumbai. The leasing period of this unit is valid 30% September 2027 with locking term till 30% September 2026. Their SEZ has become operational w.e.f 01/08/2023, they wish to transfer the current business from 1 to 8 Floor Bldg No. 1, Mindspace Airoli to their own SEZ. By doing this, they shall save on the rent payable to Mindspace Developer after 30% Sept 2026 and shall also save other operational costs.
