  Subject: Partial Modification/Amendment to Public Notice No. 17/2022-23 dated 30.03.2023 – reg.   Attention of all Importers, Custodians, Customs Brokers and other stakeholders is invited to Sr. No. 10 of Para 3 of Public Notice No. 17/2022-23 dated 30.03.2023, issued vide F. No. S/3-Misc-PRO-01/2021-22/ACC(I), regarding the valuation of imported second-hand (old & used) machinery. 2. In this regard, it is hereby informed that the firm M/s Astral Associates, listed at Sr. No. 10 in the said Public Notice under the list of empanelled Chartered Engineers, had three Chartered Engineers empanelled under its name: Shri Shailesh Madhusudan Gondhalekar Shri Aniruddha Shailesh Gondhalekar Shri Sadanand Anant Ghaisas 3. Accordingly, the following amendment is made to the list of empanelled Chartered Engineers at Sr. No. 10 of Para 3 of the aforementioned Public Notice, with immediate effect:
