इकाई ने िOतीय bलॉक अवध के चौथे वष , अथात िव?ीय वष 2023-24 म9 ₹245.71 करोड़ के अनुमािनत िनयात के मुकाबले ₹281.11 करोड़ का िनयात राज#व (ा_ िकया है। इकाई ने िव? वष 2023-24 म9 संचयी आधार पर 712.21 करोड़ fपये यानी 90.64% का सकारा[मक एनएफई हा:सल िकया है। इकाई Oारा कुल 688 लोगY को रोजगार (दान िकया गया है (पुfष – 508, मिहला – 180)। सिमत ने यह भी अवलोकन िकया िक इकाई ने घरेलू शुMक 2े3 ( DTA) म9 सेवाएं (दान क7 हS, :जसके *लए भुगतान भारतीय fपये (INR) म9 (ा_ हुआ है, :जसका िववरण िन%नानुसार है:

After deliberation, the Committee noted the action taken report for the meeting held on 09.05.2025. Agenda Item No.03: Application submitted by M/s. Embassy Pune TechZone Private Limited (Developer) located at Embassy Tech Zone Pvt. Ltd. -SEZ, for approval of additional service required for their authorized operations. The proposal of the M/s. Embassy Pune TechZone Private Limited (Developer) for approval of additional service required for their authorized operations was placed before the Approval Committee in terms of Rule 10 of SEZ Rules, 2006. After due deliberation, the Committee opined that the service requested by the Developer, namely Corporate Guarantee Services, falls within the ambit of Banking and Other Financial Services, which is already covered under the default list of approved services. However, for greater clarity and to avoid any ambiguity, the Committee approved the proposal of the Developer for inclusion of the said service as an additional service for authorised operations, subject to the condition that it shall be utilised exclusively for SEZ operations and not for any Domestic Tariff Area (DTA) activities.

The unit in 4th year i.e., FY 2023-24 of 2nd block period has achieved export revenue of Rs. 281.11Cr. against the projected export of Rs.245.71 Cr. The unit has achieved positive NFE of Rs.712.21 Cr. i.e.90.64%, in FY 2023-24 on cumulative basis. The unit has achieved employment of 688 (Men-508, Women-180) The committee also observed that the unit has provided services in DTA against the payments received in INR as detailed below:

Since providing of “Services” in DTA against payment received in INR does not qualify as ‘Services’ as per definition given in Section 2(z) of the SEZ Act, 2005, The unit has violated the provisions of SEZ Act / Rules and under Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act, 1992. As the Unit has received payment in INR instead of Foreign Currency the Approval Committee directed to issue a SCN for contravening the provision of Section 2(z)(iii) of SEZ Act, 2005. Agenda Item No. 05: Application by M/s. Nitor Infotech Pvt Ltd (Unit-II) for approval with respect to Enhancement of Indigenous Capital Goods Limit with revision in projections. After deliberation, the committee approved for Enhancement of Indigenous Capital Goods Limit with revision in projections for 5th year of 2nd block period i.e FY 2025-26 under Rule 19(2) of SEZ Rules, 2006.
