DTA Sale in INR (in Lakhs) 2018-19 6.24 2019-20 14.53 2020-21 51.42 2023-24 27.75 कुल 99.94 सिम/त ने यह भी पाया िक इकाई ने िनधाNरत समय के भीतर एपीआर नह0 भरा है। वष दाखल करने क' तारीखएसईजेड ऑनलाइन म+ दाखल करने क' वा:तिवक /तथ दाखल करने म+ देरी (िदनZ क' सं]या) 2021-22 30.09.2022 30.11.2022 2 महीने 2022-23 30.09.2023 26.02.2024 5 महीने अनुमोदन सिम/त ने एसईजेड अ/धिनयम, 2005 क' धारा 2(जेड)(iii) के ावधान का उ^ंघन करने और एपीआर दाखल करने म+ देरी के लए एससीएन जारी करने का िनदIश िदया। एज+डा िवषय 5 04: मेसस सटेल सॉटवेयर लिमटेड लायिबलटी पाटनरशप (एलओए 08) का मॉिनटQरग ऑफ़ परफॉमTस िवचार-िवमश के बाद, सिम/त ने एसईजेड िनयम, 2006 के िनयम 54 के अनुसार, पहले Uलॉक अव/ध के 4 िवM वष अथात 2020-21 से 2023-24 तक के लए यूिनट के परफॉमVस को नोट िकया। यूिनट ने पहले Uलॉक अव/ध के चौथे वष अथात िवM वष म+ 16.72 करोड़ Xपये के अनुमािनत िनयात के मुकाबले 3.68 करोड़ Xपये का िनयात हा-सल िकया है। यूिनट ने संचयी आधार पर पहले Uलॉक अव/ध के चौथे वष म+ 3.56 करोड़ Xपए यािन 96.39% का सकाराYमक एनएफई हा-सल िकया है। यूिनट ने 3 कमचाNरयZ (पुXष-1, मिहला - 2) को रोजगार िदया है। सिम/त ने यूिनट को लंिबत सॉटेस को शीb दाखल करने का िनदIश िदया। एज+डा िवषय 5 05: मेसस सटेल सॉटवेयर लिमटेड लायिबलटी पाटनरशप (एलओए 07) का मॉिनटQरग ऑफ़ परफॉमTस िवचार-िवमश के बाद, सिम/त ने एसईजेड िनयम, 2006 के िनयम 54 के अनुसार, पहले Uलॉक अव/ध के 4 िवM वष अथात 2020-21 से 2023-24 तक के लए यूिनट के परफॉमVस को नोट िकया। यूिनट ने पहले Uलॉक अव/ध के चौथे वष अथात िवM वष म+ 58.82 करोड़ Xपये के अनुमािनत िनयात के मुकाबले 9.59 करोड़ Xपये का िनयात हा-सल िकया है। यूिनट ने संचयी आधार पर पहले Uलॉक अव/ध के चौथे वष म+ 9.49 करोड़ Xपए यािन 98.98% का सकाराYमक एनएफई हा-सल िकया है। यूिनट ने 01 कमचाNरयZ (पुXष-01, मिहला - 00) को रोजगार िदया है। सिम/त ने यूिनट को लंिबत सॉटेस को शीb दाखल करने का िनदIश िदया। एज+डा िवषय 5 06: मेसस सटेल ाइवेट लिमटेड का मॉिनटQरग ऑफ़ परफॉमTस िवचार-िवमश के बाद, सिम/त ने एसईजेड िनयम, 2006 के िनयम 54 के अनुसार, पहले Uलॉक अव/ध के पांच िवM वष अथात 2017- 18 से 2021-22 और दूसरे Uलॉक अव/ध के दो िवM वष 2022-23 और िवMीय वष 2023-24 तक के लए यूिनट के परफॉमVस को नोट िकया। यूिनट ने पहले Uलॉक अव/ध के पांचव+ िवM वष 2021-22 म+ संचयी आधार पर 534.03 करोड़ Xपये के अनुमािनत िनयात के मुकाबले 1019.36 करोड़ Xपये का िनयात हा-सल िकया है। यूिनट ने िवM वष 2021-22 म+ संचयी आधार सकाराYमक एन.एफ.ई 933.91 करोड़ Xपये यािन 91.62% (नेट िवदेशी मूJय )हा-सल िकया है। यूिनट ने दूसरे Uलॉक अव/ध के दूसरे िवM वष FY 2023-24 म+ संचयी आधार पर 406.78 करोड़ Xपये के अनुमािनत िनयात के

Syntel Pvt Ltd After deliberation, the committee noted the performance of the unit for 5th year of 1st Block period i.e. FY 2017-18, 5 years of 2nd Block period i.e. FY 2018-19 to 2022-23 and 1st year i.e. FY 2023-24 of the 3rd Block period in terms of Rule 54 of SEZ Rules, 2006. Syntel Software Limited Liability Partnership (LOA 08) After deliberation, the committee noted the performance of the unit for for4 years i.e. FY 2020-21 to FY 2023-24 of 1st Block period in terms of Rule 54 of SEZ Rules, 2006. The Unit has achieved export revenue of Rs. 3.68 Crores as against projected export of Rs. 16.72 Crores in 4th year of 1st Block period i.e. FY 2023-24. The unit has achieved positive NFE of Rs. 3.56 Crores in 4th year of 1st block period on cumulative basis. The unit has achieved employment of 03 employees (Men-01, women-02).

As the Unit has received payment in INR instead of Foreign Currency the Approval Committee directed to issue a SCN for contravening the provision of Section 2(z)(iii) of SEZ Act, 2005.
