2020-21 और तीसरे Wलॉक अव/ध के 3 वष (अथात िवO वष 2021-22 से िवO वष 2023-24 तक) के लए यूिनट के परफॉमYस को नोट िकया।

यूिनट ने दूसरे Wलॉक अव/ध के 5व+ वष अथात िवO वष 2020-21 के िवO वष म+ 3.22 करोड़ [पये के अनुमािनत िनयात के मुकाबले 1.22 करोड़ [पये का िनयात हा-सल िकया है। यूिनट ने संचयी आधार पर ि`तीय Wलॉक अव/ध के 5व+ वष म+ 7.87 करोड़ [पए का सकारा\मक एनएफई हा-सल िकया है। यूिनट ने संचयी आधार पर तीसरे Wलॉक अव/ध के तीसरे वष (अथात िवO वष 2021-22 से 2023-24 के दौरान) म+ 3.36 करोड़ [पये के अनुमािनत िनयात क' तुलना म+ 4.71 करोड़ [पये का िनयात राज:व हा-सल िकया है। यूिनट ने संचयी आधार पर तीसरे Wलॉक अव/ध के तीसरे वष म+ 4.69 करोड़ [पये का सकारा\मक एनएफई हा-सल िकया है। यूिनट ने 6 कमचाPरय] )पु[ष3-, मिहला (3 - को रोजगार िदया है।) अ)य को धVयवाद bापन के साथ बैठक समा_ हुई।

Agenda Item No. 03: Monitoring of Performance for M/s. Atos Global IT Solutions and Services Pvt Ltd After deliberation, the committee noted the performance of the unit 6 years i:e FY 2018-19 to FY 2022-23 of the 1st block period and 1st year i:e FY 2023-24 of the 2nd Block period in terms of Rule 54 of SEZ Rules, 2006.

The Unit has achieved export revenue of Rs. 614.08 Crores as against projected export of Rs. 673.59 Crores in the 1st Block period i.e. FY 2022-23. The unit has achieved positive NFE of Rs. 607.88 Crores in 5th year of 1st block period on cumulative basis. The Unit has achieved export revenue of Rs. 138.68 Crores as against projected export of Rs. 139.52 Crores in the 2nd Block period i.e. FY 2023-24. The unit has achieved positive NFE of Rs. 137.52 Crores in 1st year of 2nd block period on cumulative basis. The unit has achieved employment of 896 employees (Men-623, women-273). The Unit has not correctly mentioned NFE for FY 2022-23 in the APR and hence is directed to revise their APR. The Unit is directed to file pending DSPF. The committee noted that there is pending foreign exchange realization beyond permissible limit is Rs. 25 Lakhs Agenda Item No. 04: Monitoring of Performance for M/s. Syntel Solutions (India) Pvt. Ltd After deliberation, the committee noted the performance of the unit 4 years, 5th Year of 2nd block period (i.e. FY 2020-21) and 3 years of the 3rd Block period (i:e FY 2021-22 to FY 2023-24) in terms of Rule 54 of SEZ Rules, 2006.
