एज)डा आइटम नंबर 01: िदनांक 21.02.2025 को आयो:जत 116 व; बैठक के कायवृN क7 पुि िवचार-िवमश के बाद, सिमत ने 21.02.2025 को आयो:जत 116 व; अनुमोदन सिमत क7 बैठक के कायवृN क7 पुि क7 गयी । एज)डा आइटम नंबर 02: िदनांक 21.02.2025 को आयो:जत बैठक के कायवृN हेतु क7 गई कारवाई Oरपोट। िवचार-िवमश के बाद, सिमत ने 21.02.2025 को आयो:जत अनुमोदन सिमत क7 116 व; बैठक के संदभ मे क7 गयी कायवाई क7 Oरपोट को नोट िकया। एडीसी ने सूचत िकया है िक मगरप%ा टाउन'शप डेवलपम)ट एंड कं#ट+,शन कंपनी -लिमटेड-एसईजेड म) कोई भी एज)डा लंिबत नह; है। एज)डा आइटम नंबर 03: मेसस यूपीएस लॉ:ज@#ट,स Eाइवेट -लिमटेड के Eदशन क7 िनगरानी। िवचार-िवमश के बाद, सिमत ने एसईजेड िनयम, 2006 के िनयम 54 के संदभ म) दूसरे Qलॉक अवध के 5व) वष यानी िवN वष 2020- 21,और तीसरे Qलॉक अवध के 03 वषR यानी िवN वष 2021-22 से 2023-24 के -लए इकाई के Eदशन को नोट िकया। जैसा िक नीचे िव#तार से बताया गया है: इकाई ने दूसरे Qलॉक अवध के 5व) वष यानी िवN वष 2020-21 के दौरान 75.25 करोड़ Uपये के अनुमािनत िनयात के मुकाबले 78.58 करोड़ Uपये का िनयात यानी 104.42% राज#व हा:सल िकया है, । इकाई ने िवN वष 2020-21 म) संचयी आधार पर 321.41 करोड़ Uपये का यानी 96.94% सकाराVमक एनएफई हा:सल िकया है, । इकाई ने तीसरे Qलॉक अवध के 3 वषR यानी िवN वष 2021-22 से 2023-24 के दौरान 249.36 करोड़ Uपये के अनुमािनत िनयात के मुकाबले 278.79 करोड़ Uपये यानी संचयी आधार पर 112.20% का िनयात राज#व हा:सल िकया है, । इकाई ने िवN वष 2023-24 म) 265.65 करोड़ Uपये का यािन संचयी आधार पर 95.29% सकाराVमक एनएफई हा:सल िकया है।

इकाई ने 849 (पुUष-494, मिहला-355) को रोजगार िदया है। सिमत ने इकाई को इकाई Wारा #थािपत कैफेटेOरया के िनयिमतीकरण के -लए E#ताव E#तुत करने का िनदJश िदया। एज)डा आइटम नंबर 04: मेसस डैनफॉस इंड#ट+ीज Eाइवेट -लिमटेड के -लए Eदशन क7 िनगरानी। िवचार-िवमश के बाद, सिमत ने एसईजेड िनयम, 2006 के िनयम 54 के संदभ म), Eथम Qलॉक अवध के तीसरे वष यानी िवNीय वष 2023-24 के -लए इकाई के Eदशन को नोट िकया। जैसा िक नीचे बताया गया है: इकाई ने Eथम Qलॉक अवध के तीसरे वष यानी िवN वष 2023-24 म) 230.64 करोड़ Uपये के अनुमािनत िनयात के मुकाबले 177.79 करोड़ Uपये यानी 77.09% का िनयात राज#व हा:सल िकया है । इकाई ने िवN वष 2023-24 म) 409.63 करोड़ Uपये यानी संचयी आधार पर 89.07% का सकाराVमक एनएफई हा:सल िकया है। इकाई ने 553 (पुUष-400, मिहला-153) को रोजगार िदया है। चूंिक िवN वष 2023-24 के -लए वाषक Oरपोट दा-खल करने म) 73 िदनX क7 देरी हुई थी, :जसे 13.12.2024 को E#तुत िकया गया था, इस-लए सिमत ने इकाई को कारण बताओ नोिटस जारी करने का िनदJश िदया। अ8य3 को धYयवाद Zापन के साथ बैठक समा[ हुई।

After deliberation, the committee confirmed the minutes of the 116th meeting of Approval Committee held on 21.02.2025 Agenda Item No.02: Action taken report for the Minutes of the 116th meeting held on 21.02.2025 After deliberation, the Committee noted the action taken report for the meeting held on 21.02.2025.ADC has informed that there are no pending agendas in r/o Magarpatta Township Development and Construction Co. Ltd.-SEZ. Agenda Item No.03: Monitoring of performance for M/s. UPS Logistics Pvt Ltd After deliberation, the committee noted the performance of the unit for FY 2020-21, i.e 5th year of 2nd block period and FY 2021-22 to 2023-24, i.e 03 years of 3rd Block period, in terms of Rule 54 of SEZ Rules, 2006. As detailed below:

The unit has achieved export revenue of Rs. 78.58 Cr. against the projected export of Rs 75.25 Cr. i.e 104.42% during 5th year of 2nd Block period i.e FY 2020-21. The unit has achieved positive NFE of Rs. 321.41Cr. i.e., 96.94% in FY 2020-21 on cumulative basis. The unit has achieved export revenue of Rs.278.79 cr. against the projected export of Rs 249.36.Cr. i.e., 112.20 % on cumulative basis during 3 years of 3rd Block period i.e FY 2021-22 to 2023-24. The unit has achieved positive NFE of Rs. 265.65Cr. i.e., 95.29% in FY 2023-24 on cumulative basis. The unit has achieved employment of 849 (Men-494, Women-355) The Committe directed the unit to submit the proposal for regularization of the cafeteria set up by the unit. Agenda Item No. 04: Monitoring of performance for M/s. Danfoss Industries Pvt Ltd. After deliberation, the committee noted the performance of the unit for 3rd year i.e FY 2023-24 of 1st Block period ,in terms of Rule 54 of SEZ Rules, 2006. As detailed below:

The unit in 3rd year i.e., FY 2023-24 of 1st block period has achieved export revenue of Rs.177.79 Cr. against the projected export of Rs. 230.64 Cr. i.e., 77.09%. The unit has achieved positive NFE of Rs. 409.63 Cr. i.e., 89.07% in FY 2023-24 on cumulative basis. The unit has achieved employment of 553 (Men-400, Women-153) Since there was delay of 73 days in filing of APR for FY 2023-24 which was submitted on 13.12.2024, the Committee directed to issue Show Cause Notice to the Unit.
