Agenda Item No.01: Confirmation of Minutes of the 134th meeting held on 05.07.2024

After deliberation, the Committee confirmed the minutes of the 134th Approval Committee meeting held on 05.07.2024

Agenda Item No. 02: Application for approval of List of Materials for Authorised Operations submitted by M/s Nxtra Data Ltd. (Co- Developer)

SO has submitted verification report for list of material submitted by the Co-Developer required for authorized operation vide letter dated 07.08.2024. SO has informed that the list of material has been verified and found in order.

After deliberation, Committee approved the list of materials submitted by the M/s Nxtra Data Ltd. (Co-Developer) for Rs. 2,57,81,182/- duly certified by the Chartered Engineer Makarand Kulkarni, (Registration No. 093577-0) for authorized operations and development of their SEZ, in terms SEEPZM-SSEZ0MINF(MIDC)/1/2024-O/o JDCP-SEEPZ SEZ I/67765/2024

of Rule 12(2) of SEZ Rules, 2006.

Agenda Item No. 03: Application for Monitoring of Performance for M/s. Mannara Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

After deliberation, the Committee noted the performance of the unit for first 4 years of 2nd Block period i.e. FY 2019-20 to FY 2022-23 in terms of Rule 54 of SEZ Rules, 2006.

The unit has achieved export revenue of Rs. 56.94 Crores against projected export of Rs. 36.00 Crores on cumulative basis in FY 2022-23 The unit has achieved NFE of Rs. 50.87 Crores i.e., 99.88 %in FY 2022-23 on cumulative basis. The unit has achieved Employment of 68 employees (Men – 55, Women – 13) as on 31.03.2023 against the approved projection of 200 employees (Male 150, Women 50. Committee noted that though the Unit has achieved the export projection, but not able to achieve employment as projected. The Committee suggested the Unit to increase the employment. No Foreign Remittance is pending beyond permissible period for export invoices raised till 31.03.2023. No Show Cause Notice is pending, No CAG objection is pending. The Unit has filed the APRs on time.

Agenda Item No.04: Application for Monitoring of Performance for M/s. Infosys Ltd (Unit II):

After deliberation, the Committee noted the performance of the unit for first 4 years of 1st Block period i.e. FY 2019-20 to FY 2022-23 in terms of Rule 54 of SEZ Rules, 2006.

The unit has achieved export revenue of Rs. 472.73 Crores against projected export of Rs. 713.90 Crores on cumulative basis in FY 2022-23 The unit has achieved NFE of Rs. 278.56 Crores i.e. 58.93 % on cumulative basis in FY 2022-23 The unit has achieved Employment of 1545 employees (Men – 826, Women – 719) as on 31.03.2023 against the projected employment of 700 employees. The Unit is directed to file pending DSPF in NSDL SEZ online module at the earliest. During the monitoring period, the Committee noted that the Foreign Remittance pending beyond permissible limit is amounting SEEPZM-SSEZ0MINF(MIDC)/1/2024-O/o JDCP-SEEPZ SEZ I/67765/2024

to Rs. 0.27 Crores. SO has verified the copy of letter submitted by the Unit to AD Bank for this issue. No Show Cause Notice is pending, No CAG objection is pending. The Unit has filed the APRs on time.

Agenda Item No.05: Application for Monitoring of Performance for M/s. Infosys Ltd (Unit III) :

After deliberation, the Committee noted the performance of the unit for first 4 years of 1st Block period i.e. FY 2019-20 to FY 2022-23 in terms of Rule 54 of SEZ Rules, 2006.

The unit has achieved export revenue of Rs. 1355.59 Crores as against projected export of Rs. 3013.60 Crores on cumulative basis in FY 2022-23 The unit has achieved NFE of Rs. 937.77 Crores i.e., 69.18 % on cumulative basis in FY 2022-23. The unit has achieved Employment of 6001employees (Men – 3711, Women – 2290) as on 31.03.2023 against the projected employees of 6600. The Committee suggested the Unit to increase the employment. The Unit is directed to file the pending DSPF in NSDL SEZ online module at the earliest. During the monitoring period, the Committee noted that the Foreign Remittance pending beyond permissible limit is amounting to Rs. 0.4965 Crores. SO has verified the copy of letter submitted by the Unit to AD Bank for this issue. No Show Cause Notice is pending, No CAG objection is pending. The Unit has filed the APRs on time.
