Township Development and Construction Co. Ltd – SEZ Agenda Item No. 01: Confirmation of the Minutes of the meeting held on 10.08.2023. After deliberation, the committee confirmed the minutes of the 103 rd meeting of Approval Committee held on 10.08.2023. Agenda Item No.02: Monitoring of Performance for M/s. Accenture Solutions Pvt Ltd. (Unit-I). The performance of the unit for the FY 2017-18 i.e. last year of 2nd Block period(2013-14 to 2017-18) and FY 2018-19 to 2021-22 i.e. 4 years of 3 rd Block period (2018-19 to 2022-23) was placed before the Committee for Monitoring purpose. The unit has achieved Export of Rs. 690.14 Crores against the projected export of Rs. 782.31 Cr. in the FY 2017-18 last year of 2nd Block period (2013-14 to 2017- 18) i.e., 88.21% of projected export and the unit has achieved positive NFE of Rs. 2967.32 Cr. on cumulative basis. The unit has achieved Export of Rs. 2578.43 Cr. against the projected export of Rs.2398.38 Crores in FY 2018-19 to 2021-22 (4 years of 3rd Block period) (2018-19 to 2022-23) i.e. 107.50% of projected export and the unit has achieved positive NFE of Rs. 2514.19 Cr. on cumulative basis. The unit has achieved employment of 5422 employees (Men -2695, Women-2727) as on 31.03.2022. After deliberation, the committee noted the performance of the unit for FY 2017- 18 i.e., last year of 2nd Block period (2013-14 to 2017-18) & FY 2018-19 to 2021-22 i.e., 4 years of 3rd Block period (2018-19 to 2022-23). Agenda Item No.03: Application of Approval for merger of LOAs of Unit A and Unit B submitted by M/s. E-Infochips Pvt Ltd. The proposal of the M/s. E-Infochips Pvt Ltd. for merger of LOAs was placed before the Approval committee for consideration. After deliberation, Committee approved the proposal of the unit for merger of LOA of M/s. E-Infochips Pvt Ltd. Unit A with the LOA of unit B bearing LOA No. SEEP- SEZ/MTDCCL-SEZ/EIL/28/2012-13/913 dated 22.01.2013. Consequent to merger of both LOAs, the block period for the purpose of calculation of Net Foreign Exchange and Income Tax benefit, shall be considered from the date of commencement of the Unit B i.e., w.e.f. 22.01.2013 in terms of Rule 19(2) of SEZ Rule 2006.
