Aurascent Essence Pvt Ltd The committee was informed that this office has referred the case to the Ministry seeking further instruction/guidance on the conditions set forth, as detailed in the agenda, for setting up of the manufacturing unit for processing of items of Sandalwood. DGFT was of the opinion that as the goods covered being restricted/prohibited goods, Committee may take a decision after clarification from the Ministry is received. 1 File No.S-SEZ-MINS0KHED/1/2023-JDCP I/2312/2023 14

Accordingly, after deliberation, the Committee decided to defer the proposal with the directions that after clarification is received from the Ministry the proposal may be submitted in the subsequent UAC for further consideration. Meeting ended with a vote of thanks to the Chair.
