After deliberation, the Committee approved the proposal of the Developer for leasing out built up space to vendor for setting up canteen facility in SEZ premises., in terms of Rule 11(5) of SEZ Rules, 2006, as detailed below:

ADC’s Recommendation: The unit in 5th year i.e., FY 2023-24 of 1st block period has achieved export revenue of Rs. 403.58 Cr. against the projected export of Rs 439.99 Cr. i.e., 91.72%. on cumulative basis. The unit has achieved positive NFE of Rs. 364.23 Cr. i.e., 90.25 % in FY 2023-24 on cumulative basis. As per SO report the unit has achieved employment of 1184 (Men-592, Women-592) The unit does not have Cafeteria/Canteen/Food Court facility, however they have dry pantry, with no cooking facility. All the capital goods laying at the dry pantry area have been procured without availing any duty benefit. However, they have not taken permission from UAC/DC office for dry pantry. Approval committee may kindly monitor the performance of the Unit for 5 years from 2019-20 to 2023-24 of 1st Block period, in terms of Rule 54 of SEZ Rules, 2006.
