Edicon Pneumatic Tool Company Pvt Ltd., SEZ Unit located at MIDC- Kesurdi SEZ for approval of Broad Banding of Additional items of manufacturing activity with revision in projection. b. Notification :- As per 1st proviso to Rule No. 19(2) of SEZ Rules, 2006 [“Provided that the Approval Committee may also approve proposals for broad banding, diversification, enhancement of capacity of production, change in the items of manufacturing or service capacity, if it meets the requirements of rule 18”]. d. b. Other Information: - M/s. Edicon Pneumatic Tool Company Pvt Ltd., granted LOA NO. SEEPZ-SEZ/NEWSEZ/MIDC- SATARA/03/2013-14/0999 dated 05.09.2014 (Original LOA), located at Plot no 11, Kesurde- Khandala, Phase- I, SEZ Industrial area, Village- Kesurde, Dist -Satara,Maharashtra 412801. DCP: 14.04.2018 LOA Validity up to: 13.04.2028 Reason for Broad-banding with Revision in Projection: The unit has submitted that, they have received export consignment from one of their prospective customers which needs to be completed by next month. Hence specific HSN is required to avoid any restrictions in Customs. The management has decided to include additional items of manufacturing activity for SEZ unit as a part of Authorized operations. These proposed activities of manufacturing will result into changes in existing projections for Exports and Manpower count as a result of which Net Foreign Exchange will also change , and there will be revision in projection in investment w.r.t Raw material, Capital goods, Input services and manpower. The unit has enclosed following documents along with their application: Copy of Form F3 filed through SEZ Online system. Copy of Revised Foreign Exchange Balance Sheet. Copy of LOA List of Imported & Indigenous Capital goods. List of Imported and Indigenous Services.

e. ADC’s Recommendation: Approval Committee may like to consider the proposal of the unit for Broad Banding of Additional items for manufacturing activity with revision in projection, in terms of Rule 19(2) of SEZ Rules, 2006.
