Application for change in shareholding pattern filed through SEZ online system vide SEZ online request ID 422400134925 A copy of the CSSI Board resolution for/taking into account the transfer of shares of CSSI from CS AG to UBS Business Solution AS Undertaking in term of instruction 109 dated 18 October 2021 Reason for change in Share holding pattern: The Proposed change in shareholding is resulting from a transfer of shares of CSSI from CS AG to UBS Business Solutions AG, which is also a wholly owned subsidiary of UBS Group AG. The share transfer has been consummated on 10th April 2024.
