Nxtra Data Limited, Co- Developer has been granted Letter of Approval No. F.2/129/2005-SEZ dated 14.12.2017 • The Co-Developer has submitted List of Materials duly certified by the Chartered Engineer Makarand Kulkarni, (Registration No. 093577-0) dated 08.11.2023 for the authorized operation for development of their SEZ located at M/s. Nxtra Data Limited, Co- Developer, Plot No. 13/10A, 28, MIDC, Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park, Phase-III, Hinjewadi, Pune 411 057. • The Co-Developer has informed that the list of material required for Operation & Maintenance of Data Center in the aforesaid sector specific SEZ for IT /ITES. • The total value of said materials is Rs. 42,86,63,357.00 • SO Verification Report dated 13.11.23: The Specified Officer has submitted verification report and informed that the list of material submitted by M/s File No.S-SEZ-PRO0MIDC/19/2022-JDCP

Nxtra Data Ltd. (Co-Developer) for operation and maintenance of data centre in IT/ITES building has been verified and found in order.The Bond balance as on date is Rs. 87,85,72,385/- which is sufficient for the procurement of Indigenous material of estimated value of Rs. 42,86,63,357/-.

• Reason for Broad Banding of Services: The unit has submitted that they have different verticals at Global level and therefore their management intends to expand the horizon of their business offerings from India as well. Therefore, they would like to propose for Broad banding of their approved authorised operation with change in projections.

Relevant Provision: As per 1st proviso to Rule No. 19(2) of SEZ Rules, 2006 [“Provided that the Approval Committee may also approve proposals for broadbanding, diversification, enhancement of capacity of production, change in the items of manufacturing or service capacity, if it meets the requirements of rule 18”].
