Agenda Item No. 1: Confirmation of Minutes of the 15375 meeting held on 01.11.2023. The Minutes of the 15371 Meeting held on 01.11.2023 were confirmed with consensus. Agenda Item No. 02: Approval for broad banding of activities to include additional trading items into existing Letter of Approval M/s. Peaceworks Advisory, unit at Arshiya SEZ. The Unit has requested for approval for broad banding of activities to include additional trading items into existing Letter of Approval over an area of Admeasuring 1000 Sq. ft., at M/s. Arshiya SEZ, Village Sai, Taluka Panvel, District-Raigad Maharashtra. The unit has given below the summary of additional items:

Peaceworks Advisory for broad banding of activities to include additional items into existing Letter of Approval in terms of Rule 19(2) of SEZ Rules, 2006 and directed the Specified Officer to devisé a mechanism, under intimation to the Development Commissioner, for proper monitoring of movement of goods from SEZ to DTA till the destination of the said goods and from port to SEZ to avoid any possible diversion as the goods are of sensitive nature and in past such incidents involving violation and misuse have been noticed in the same SEZ.
