The Annual Performance Report for the years 2018-19 to 2022-23 were submitted by the unit and scrutinised by the Specified Officer, Arshiya- FTWZ as confirmed vide letter dated 19.10.2023. The unit has achieved Positive NFE of Rs. 14.39 Crore on cumulative basis. Decision: After deliberation, the Committee noted the performance of the unit for the years 2018-19 to 2022-23 in terms of Rule 54 of SEZ Rules, 2006.
