The Minutes of the 151st Meeting held on 23.08.2023 were confirmed with
consensus.
Agenda Item No. 02:
Monitoring of Performance of the unit M/s. Roop
Rasayan at Arshiya- FTWZ.
The Annual Performance Report for the years 2017-18 to 2022-23
were submitted by the unit and scrutinised by the Specified Officer, Arshiya-
FTWZ as confirmed vide email dated 24.04.2023. The unit has achieved
Positive NFE of Rs. 1.76 Crore on cumulative basis.
Decision: After deliberation, the Committee noted the performance of the unit
for the years 2018-19 to 2022-23 in terms of Rule 54 of SEZ Rules, 2006.
The unit has achieved positive NFE of Rs. 1.76 Crore on cumulative basis.
