File NO.SEZ1-14011/3/2021-NS The Minutes of the 1497 Meeting held on 30.06.2023 were confirmed with consensus. Agenda Item No. 02: Monitoring of Performance of the unit M/s. Vipul Organics Limited The Annual Performance Report for the years 2016-17 to 2020-21 were submitted by the unit and scrutinised by the Specified Officer, Arshiya-FTWZ and submitted his verification report. The unit has achieved Positive NFE of Rs. 125.14 Lakhs on cumulative basis. Decision: After deliberation, the Committee noted the performance of the unit for the years 2016-17 to 2020-21 in terms of Rule 54 of SEZ Rules, 2006. The unit has achieved positive NFE of Rs. 125.14 Lakhs on cumulative basis. The Committee also directed the Specified Officer to issue SCN to the unit for delay in submission of APR. Agenda Item No. 03: Monitoring of Performance of the unit M/s. OM International The Annual Performance Report for the years 2018-19 to 2022-23 were submitted by the unit and scrutinised by the Specified Officer, Arshiya-FTWZ and submitted his verification report. The unit has achieved Positive NFE of Rs. 22.63 Lakhs on cumulative basis. Decision: After deliberation, the Committee noted the performance of the unit for the years 2018-19 to 2022-23 in terms of Rule 54 of SEZ Rules, 2006. The unit has achieved positive NFE of Rs. 125.14 Lakhs on cumulative basis. The Committee also directed the Specified Officer to issue SCN to the unit for delay in submission of APR. Agenda Item No. 04: Proposal of M/s. Peaceworks Advisory for setting up a Trading Unit at Arshiya- FTWZ. M/s. Peaceworks Advisory has requested for setting up a Warehousing Unit i.e. Consolidation of cargo, Packing or Repacking, Labelling, Re-labelling, Quality Checking and testing & Trading Goods and the proposed FOB value of exports of Rs. 5,724.09 Lakhs, FE Outgo of Rs. 4,951.34 Lakhs and NFE of Rs. 772.75 Lakhs & Employment of 02 persons. Decision: After deliberation, the Committee deferred the proposal of M/s.
