Agenda Item No. 1: Confirmation of Minutes of the 147th meeting held on 28.04.2023.
 
The Minutes of the 147th Meeting held on 28.04.2023 were confirmed with consensus.  
 
Agenda Item No. 02:  Monitoring of Performance of the unit M/s. Sulphur Mills Limited
 
The Annual Performance Report for the years 2017-18 to 2021-22 were submitted by the unit
File No.SEZ1-14011/3/2021-NS

and scrutinised by the Specified Officer, Arshiya-FTWZ as confirmed vide email dated 24.04.2023. The
unit has achieved Positive NFE of Rs. 546.20 Lakhs on cumulative basis.
 
Decision: After deliberation, the Committee noted the performance of the unit for the years 2017-18 to
2021-22 in terms of Rule 54 of SEZ Rules, 2006 as the unit has achieved positive NFE of Rs. 546.20 Lakhs
on cumulative basis.  A Show Cause Notice may be issued to the Unit for delay in filing the APR.
               The meeting ended with the vote of thanks to the Chair.
