File No.SEZ1-14011/3/2021-NS The Minutes of the 146 Meeting held on 31.03.2023 were confirmed with consensus. Agenda Item No. 02: Monitoring of Performance of the unit M/s. Kuehne Plus Nagel Pvt. Ltd. The Annual Performance Report for the years 2017-18 to 2021-22 were submitted by the unit and scrutinised by the Specified Officer, Arshiya-FTWZ as confirmed vide email dated 24.04.2023. The unit has achieved Positive NFE of Rs. 627.00 Lakhs on cumulative basis. Decision: After deliberation, the Committee noted the performace of the unit and directed the Specified Officer, Arshiya-FTWZ to initiate process for issuances of SCN on delay submission of APRs. Supplementary Agenda: Proposal for list of goods for providing the infrastructure facilities by M/s. Unrivalled Infrastructure Private Limited (Co-Developer). The Co-Developer requested for the approval for list of goods of Rs. 78,12,47,260/- for providing the infrastructure facilities vide letter dated 27.02.2023 certified by the Chartered Engineer Mr. Hitesh K.
