Marketing strategy/buy back plan

The applicant has mentioned that for marketing of Imported or DTA goods, they have not collaborated with any company or entity for the same. They usually use digital media to reach out their prospective business houses/customers. In future if they require, they shall intimate the same to this office. Other information Siddhidhata Trading Co. was formed in 2015 by Mr. Yash Ram Ganwani for Warehousing and Services of Fabrics & Garments which is currently located at Bhiwandi. Now for the Expansion of the business company wants to setup a warehouse in JNPA- SEZ and at present company is having a turnover of around Rs.15 crores per annum.

Primary objectives for setting up a warehouse in JNPA : Aim to position themselves closer to important markets and transportation hubs. This strategic location will facilitate storage and warehousing facility, faster distribution, reducing lead times and enhancing their ability to serve a broader geographical area. To tap into international markets more effectively, showcasing their products on a global scale and expanding their export operations. The proximity of the warehousing unit to markets allows them to offer faster delivery and improved service levels to their customers.

Observations It is to mention here that, the proposal of M/s. Siddhidhata Trading Co i.r.o. setting up of a new unit at JNPA-SEZ was placed before the 43rd Approval Committee meeting held on 30.06.2023, wherein the Committee observed that the detailed Items for Warehousing / Services are not properly submitted and justified by the applicant. Therefore, the committee deferred the proposal and directed the applicant to submit revised application with specific items details with justification. Now, they have filed two separate applications for trading and warehousing services unit. File No.SEZ1-12/56/2023-NS

However, they have furnished a single Letter of Intent from Developer (M/s. JNPA-SEZ) as admeasuring an area 7858 sq. mtrs at Plot No-F5 Sector 7, JNPA SEZ, Developed by JNPA, Uran, Navi Mumbai – 400702 Out of which 3500 sq. mtrs for Warehousing activity and 4358 sq. mtrs for Trading activities as mentioned in their letter dated 26.10.2023. As the proposed List of Items submitted by the applicant involves warehousing/storage of Petroleum Bitumen, Fuel Oils, Base Oil, Glycols, Organic Solvents and thinners, Polyester Knitted Fabric, Viscose Knitted Fabric which are Sensitive in nature. Therefore, the Specified Officer needs to examine the items and submit their comments. The applicant has not submitted the List of Imported Goods and List of Imported Raw Material. They have not mentioned the Annual Capacity of Trading items, therefore needs to justify the same.
The details Procurement from DTA/Local has not submitted by the applicant. The applicant has not submitted the Fire NOC and MPCB License. As mentioned, Container Yard and Bulk Storage in projected statement, the applicant needs to justify whether the transaction in RPA or GCA ? ADC’s Recommendation Proposal of M/s. Siddhidhata Trading Co. for setting up a Trading activities unit in M/s. JNPA-SEZ is submitted to Approval Committee for consideration in terms of Rule 17 & 18 of SEZ Rules, 2006 subject to submission of Fire NOC and MPCB License before commencement of operations.
