3. It is to mention that, in the similar case of M/s. Ness Technologies India) Private Limited for transfer/handover of capital goods to Developer i.e. Mindspace business Parks Pvt. Ltd. - SEZ on payment of applicable Duties/Taxes.
4. Specified Officer, vide letter dtd. 20.10.20236 (copy enclosed) they have stated that all these fitout assets are currently lying at their premises located at Unit No. 1001, 10" Floor, Building No. 3, Gigaplex Estate Private Limited SEZ. The Developer vide letter dated 20.09.2023 had agreed to accept the said assets and fixtures of M/s. GEP Solutions Private Limited by paying all applicable duties and taxes and has No-objection for the transfer of assets and fixtures of M/s. GEP Solutions Private Limited. The proposal of M/s. GEP Solutions Pvt. Ltd. for approval of transfer of Fitout Assets/Capital Goods to SEZ Developer i.e. M/s. Gigaplex Estate Private Limited after payment of applicable duties and taxes may be submitted before the Approval Committee Meeting for consideration in terms of Rule 12, 38 and 49 of SEZ Rules, 2006. €.
