PUBLIC NOTICE No. 42/2015-20 NEW DELHI, DATED: 26th October, 2015

Subject: Services Exports from India Scheme (SEIS) - Schedule under Appendix 3D as

          annexure  to  the Public Notice No. 3/2015-20 dated 1st April, 2015 – Eligible period  
          extended up to 31.3.2016. 

In exercise of powers conferred under Paragraph 1.03 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2015- 20, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby amends the Note 1 of Appendix 3D as annexure to the Public Notice No. 3/2015-20 dated 1st April, 2015 as under :

Existing Entry

        Annexure to Appendix 3D  

         Note 1: The services   and   rates   of  rewards  notified against them shall  be  applicable for      
         services export  made  between 1-4-2015  to  30-09-2015  only. The  list  of  services/rate  is    
         subject to review with effect from 1-10-2015. 

        Amended Entry 

        Annexure to Appendix 3D 

         Note 1: The   services  and  rates  of  rewards  notified  against  them  shall   be applicable for  
         services   export  made  between  1-4-2015 to  31-03-2016  only. The  list  of   services/rate is  
         subject  to  review with effect from 01-04-2016. 

The other contents of the Public Notice No. 3/2015-20 dated 1st April, 2015 shall remain same.

Effect of Public Notice- The earlier notified period of services export rendered between 1-4-2015 to 30-09-2015 as per the list comprising rates and conditions for rewards under the Services Exports from India Scheme (SEIS) notified vide Public Notice No. 3/2015-20 dated 1st April, 2015 is extended upto 31.03.2016.
