Subject: Extension of the timeline for filing the questionnaire responses by the
interested parties pertaining to the anti-dumping investigation concerning imports of “N-(1,3-dimethylbutyl)-N'-phenyl-p- phenylenediamine (also known as PX-13)” originating in or exported from China PR, European Union, Korea RP and Kingdom of Thailand - reg.
The Authority has initiated the subject investigation vide Initiation Notification No. 6/10/2025-DGTR, dated 28th March, 2025.
As per the Notice dated 17th April, 2025, regarding the finalisation of the scope of the PUC/PCN methodology and the submission of questionnaire responses, all interested parties i.e., producers/ exporters/ importers/ users, etc. were required to submit their respective questionnaire responses within 30 days from the date of the aforesaid notice.
In response to requests from certain interested parties for an extension of the timeline for filing questionnaire responses, the requests have been duly considered, and it has been decided to extend the deadline till 24th May, 2025.
Since the trade remedial investigations are time-bound in nature, no further extension of time will be granted to file the questionnaire responses in the captioned subject matter.
