Subject: Notification for the finalisation of scope of the product under consideration and product control numbers methodology and filing of Questionnaire responses - reg.
Reference: Anti-dumping investigation concerning imports of “N-(1,3- dimethylbutyl)-N'-phenyl-p-phenylenediamine (also known as PX- 13)” originating in or exported from China PR, European Union, Korea RP and Kingdom of Thailand.

Attention of all the interested parties is invited to the above-mentioned investigation initiated on 28th March, 2025 vide Initiation Notification No. 6/10/2025-DGTR. The non-confidential version (NCV) of the application filed by the domestic industry was circulated to the known interested parties vide email dated 4th April, 2025. Whereby, the interested parties were granted an opportunity to present their comments on the scope of the product under consideration (PUC), and product control numbers (PCNs) methodology, within a period of 15 days from the date of initiation notification, which ended on 12th April, 2025. Apart from domestic industry, none of the interested parties have filed any comments on the scope of the PUC and proposed PCNs methodology.

Hence, the Authority adopts the same scope of PUC and PCNs methodology as notified in the initiation notification No. 6/10/2025-DGTR dated 28th March, 2025 without any changes.

Accordingly, all interested parties are requested to file their respective questionnaire responses within 30 days from the date of this notification i.e., 17th May, 2025 in accordance with the Section K of the initiation notification. Responses not filed within the stipulated timelines will be treated as per Section N (Non-Cooperation) of the initiation notification.

As trade remedial investigations are time-bound in nature, no further extension of time will be granted to file the questionnaire responses in the captioned subject matter.
