Subject: Revamped “Tax Payer Service Centre” at JNCH, Mumbai

Customs Zone – II – Reg.

1. Attention of the importers, exporters and all other stakeholders is invited to the JNCH Facility Notice No. 88/2015 dated 16.11.2015 and Public Notice No. 18/2020 dated 30.01.2020 by which Taxpayer’s Service Centre was set up at first floor of JNCH( subsequently shifted to Ground Floor of JNCH) and is functional since then.
2. Taxpayer Service centre revamped as Taxpayer Facilitation centre(TFC) also known as Customs Facilitation Centre (CFC) is inaugurated on 30.12.2021 to commemorate 75 years of Independence (AzadikaAmritMahotsav), aiming at better Service Delivery, Improved Grievance Redressal. Custom Facilaitaion Centre (CFC) will act as local help desk to assist the taxpayers with information and provide handholding to the taxpayers. CFC will further strengthen and compliments remote delivery of support services to taxpayers through ICEGATE Helpdesk.
3. CFC will act as a single window system for accepting/handling all taxpayers’ queries, grievances etc. The trading public and all stakeholders may approachJNCH, CFC for their tax related queries physically as well as through email – cfc-jnch@gov.in. CFC Section may also be contacted telephonically at 022-27244927.
