Panvel, Dist.: Raigad, Navi Mumbai - 410 221, Maharashtra, of M/s Ocean Gate Container Terminals Private Limited, was notified as "Customs Area under the provisions of the Section 8 of the Customs Act, 1962 vide Noification No. 22/2010 dated 28.05.2010 notifying an area of 64331 SQM & Notification No. 01/2012 dated 11.01.2012 notifying an additional area of 13680 SOM. In all the total area of 78011 SQM had been declared as Customs Area for the said CcSP M/s Ocean Gate Container Terminals Private Limited. Now M/s Ocean Gate Container Terminals Private Limited has acquired and developed additional land admeasuring 3890 SQM mentioned in the Schedule and map below for their Container Freight Station. 2. Therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred on the under Section 8(a) of the Customs Act, 1962, 1, Istikhar Baig, Commissioner of Customs (General), Jawaharlal Nehru Custom House, Nhava Sheva, hereby notify the additional land as mentioned in the Schedule and map below of M/s Ocean Gate Container Terminals Private Limited as a place for unloading of imported goods and for loading of export goods subject to the strict observance of the Provisions of the CustomsAct, 1962 and other instructions issued in this behalf by the Government of India or Commissioner of Customs, Jawaharlal Nehru Custom House, from time to time. 3. Further under Section 8(b) of the Customs Act, 1962, 1, Istikhar Baig, Commissioner of Customs (General) hereby specify the limits of the Customs Area added to the Container Freight Station as the area of land parcels within the Survey numbers of the land as mentioned in the Schedule and map below. Thus the total area of the CFS M/s Ocean Gate Container Terminals Private Limited becomes 81,901 SQM
