¢ Ommissroaner ob © Usborne Creneral a Nhava Sheva, Rangad, Maharashtra AQO 707 Iyate = /06/2021 b.No S/S-Gen- 13/2015CISM Cellv DIN: 202) PUBLIC NOTICE NO 69/2021 Central Warchousing Corporation, Impex Park located at Sector-1, D’Node, {aluka-Uran, Dist 4 0as Maharashtra was declared as Customs Arca u/s 8(a) of Customs Act, 1962 vide Notification No eo dated 27.03.2006 and M/s Central Warehousing Corporation as a Custodian of this Container Freight Station, under Section 45 of the customs Act, 1962 vide Notification No (8/2006 dated 27.03.2006, later vide Notification No. 09/2010 dated 15.03.2010 and Notification No, 19/2015 dated 15.04.2015. Due to Covid pandemic, CCSP License of 15 CFSs including that of ¢ WC Impex Park was extended till 30.04.2020, again tll 31.05.2020 and further Ul] 31.03.2021. Now, in exercise of the powers conferred on me under section 45 (1) and 141 (2) of the Customs Act, 1962, Commissioner of Customs (General), Mumbai Customs Zone [I], Nhava Sheva hereby renews the appointment of M/s. Central Warehousing Corporation as the ‘Custodian’ of the imported goods received at the Container Freight Station of M/s. Central warehousing Corporation, Impex Park until these are cleared for home consumption or are warehoused or are transhipped in accordance with the provisions of Chapter VIII of the Customs Act, 1962. Similarly, M/s. Central Warehousing Corporation will also be the ‘Custodian’ of the Export cargo brought into said Container Freight Station for examination and stuffing till their exportation through Jawaharlal Nehru Port. Further, in exercise of the powers conferred on me under Regulation 10 of the “Handling of Cargo in Customs Area Regulations, 2009", Commissioner of Customs (General), Mumbai Customs Zone I], Nhava Sheva hereby renews the approval of M/s. Central Warehousing Corporation as the ‘Customs Cargo Service Provider’ for the said CFS M/s. Central Warehousing Corporation, Impex Park subject to following conditions: 1) The Custodian M/s. Central Warehousing Corporation approved as ‘Customs Cargo Service Provider’ for the said CFS shall abide by all the provisions of the Customs Act, 1962 and the rules of the ‘Handling of Cargo in Customs Area Regulations, 2009’, other regulations, notifications, orders issued there under. 2) The duration of the appointment of M/s. Central Warehousing Corporation as ‘Custodian’ and as ‘Customs Cargo Service Provider’ shall remain valid for a period of five (S) years from 01.04.2021. 3) The Commissioner of Customs (General) shall have the Right to review the approval as ‘Customs Cargo Service Provider before the completion of five years for failure to comply with any of the regulations of the ‘I Jandling of Cargo in Customs Area Regulations, 2009”,
