Central warehousing Corporation, D' Node as ‘Custorns Cargo Services Provider' and Custodian for the said CFS Ms. Central warehousing Corporation, D' Node subject to the following conditions:

(i). | M/s. Central warehousing Corporation, D'Node approved as Customs Cargo Service Provider’ and Custodian' for the said &S shall abide by all the provisions of theCustoms Act 1962, the rules of the Handling of Cargo in Customs Areas Regulations ,2009and others regulations, notifications, orders issued there-under.
