Ltd, - Main CFS approved as 'Customs Cargo Services Provider' for the said CFS shall abide by all the provisions of the Customs Act, 1962,. the rules of the 'Handling of Cargo in Customs Areas Regulations, 2009', and other regulations, notifications, orders issued there under. 3. Further, in exercise of the powers conferred on me under Regulation IO of the 'Handling of Cargo in Customs Areas Regulations 2009', I, Sanjay Mahendru, Commissioner of Customs (General), JNCH, hereby renew the approval of Mis. APM Terminals India Pvt. Ltd. - Main CFS as the 'Customs Cargo Services Provider' for the said CFS M/s. APM · Terminals India Pvt. Ltd. - Main CFS subject to the following conditions: PUBLIC NOTICE NO. I 10'2020 Mis. APM Terminals India Pvt. Ltd. - Main CFS located at Plot no. 100, Block S, Sector -2, Dronagiri Warehousing Complex, Navi Mumbai Maharashtra 400 1o7 was appointed as 'Custodian' and 'Customs Cargo Service Provider' under Section 45 of the Customs Act, 1962 vide Notification No. 07/2008 dated 07.10.2008 and later renewed from timeto time and vide earlier Notification No._21/2015 dated 2i.04. 2015 the approval has been renewed for a period of 5 years from 15.03.2015. 2. Now, in exercise of the powers conferred on me under Section 45(1) and 141 (2) of the Customs Act, 1962, I, Sanjay Mahendru, Commissioner of Customs (General), JNCH, hereby renew the appointment of Mis. APM Terminals India Pvt. Ltd. - Main CFS as 'Custodian' of the imported goods received at the Container Freight Station Mis. APM Terminals India Pvt .. Ltd. - Main CFS until these are cleared for home consumption· or are warehoused or are transhipped in accordance with the provision of Chapter VIII of the Customs Act, I 962. Similarly, Mis. APM Terminals India Pvt. Ltd. - Main CFS will also be the 'Custodian' of the Export Cargo brought into said Container Freight· Station, for examination and stuffing till their exportation through Jawaharlal Nehru Port. (iv) The Commissioner of Customs (General), JNCI I, shall have the Right to review the approval as 'Customs Cargo Services Provider' before the completion of five years for failure to comply with any of Regulations of the 'Handling of Cargo in Customs Areas Regulations, (iii) The waiver from execution of Dank Guarantee has been given in terms of regulation 5(3) of HCCAR, 2009. as the CFS has been accredited with /\EO·LO status, with validity till 16·04.2023. If the validity of /\EO status granted to the CFS is withdrawn prior to the scheduled date i.e. 16.04.2023 or is not extended beyond 16.04.2023 the CFS shall execute bank guarantee for the amount. as determined, w.e.f. date of expiry of validity of AEO status. (ii) The duration of appointment of Mis. /\PM Terminals India Pvt. Ltd. • Main CFS as 'Custodian' and as 'Customs argo Service Pr vidcr hall remain valid for five (5) years from 15.03.2020.
