Dronagiri Warehousing Complex, Navi Mumbai Maharashtra 400 707 was appointed as °Custodian’ and Customs Cargo Service Provider under Section 45 of the Customs Act. 1962 vide Notification No. 07/2008 dated 07.10.2008 and later renewed from time to time and vide Public Notice No. 110/2020 dated 07.09. 2020 and the approval has been renewed for a period of5 veers5 veers veers from 15.03.2020.

Ltd. - Main CFS until these are cleared for home consumption or are warehoused or disposed or are transshipped in accordance with the provisions of the Customs Act, 1962.Similarly, \i's. ATM Terminals India Pvt. Ltd. - Main CFS will also be the ‘Custodian’ of the Export Cargo brought into said Container Freight Station, for examination and stuffing till their exportation through Jawaharlal Nehru Port. 3h Further, in exercise of the powers conferred on me under Regulation 10 of the ' Handling of Cargo in Customs Areas Regulations 2009’, 1, D. The Custodian M/s. APM Teriminais India Pvt. Ltd. - Main CFS approved as 'Customs Cargo Services Provider’ for the said CFS shall abide by all the provisions of the Customs Act, 1962, the ‘Handling of Cavgzs in Customs Areas Regulations, 2009', and other rules, regulations, notifications, orders issued there under. (ii). The duration of appeirims: of V/s, APM Terminals India Pvt. Ltd. - Main CFS as Custodian and as ‘Customs Cargo Services Provider" shall remain valid for till 09.08.2028 Le. till it has been granted 2s AEO status. If the validity of AEO status granted to the CFS is withdrawn prior to the scheduicad date Le. 09.08.2028 or is not extended beyond 09.08.2028. the CFS is required to seck permission from the Commissioner of Customs (General), JNCH to act as Custodian. (iii), The waiver from execution of Rank Guarantee has been given in terms of regulation 5(3) of HCCAR, 2009, as Une 3 nas been accredited with AEO-LO status, with validity till 09.08.2028. If the validity of AnO siatus granted io the CFS is withdrawn prior to the scheduled date i.e. 09.08.2025 or is nel extended beyond (09.08.2028, the CFS shall execute bank guarantee for the amount.

(iv). The Commissioner of Customs (General), INCH, shall have the Right to review the approval as ‘Customs Cargo Services Provider’ before the completion of said period for failure to comply with any of Regulations of the 'Handling of Cargo in Customs Arcas Regulations, 2009' or as per the directions of the Government of India.
